As mentioned earlier, by way of interactions, teachers will understand what their students’ needs are therefore guide them in achieving the goals. By interaction, teachers enjoy the teaching process when they share the knowledge, teachers and students became learners, they explore the lesson together and it leads towards an effective classroom. When students see and feel the passion of the teacher in her sharing, students become spontaneous learners. Fried, R. L. 1995 stated, the example we set as passionate adults allows us to connect to young people’s minds and spirits that can have a lasting positive impact on their lives (Philip Gurney, 2007, p.92).
